Eliminar tu cuenta de Turi

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de Turi y los datos asociados en cualquier momento. La eliminación es definitiva y no se puede deshacer.

Opción 1: desde la app (la más rápida)

Abre Turi e inicia sesión.
Ve a Ajustes.
Pulsa Eliminar mi cuenta y confirma.

Opción 2: por correo electrónico

Si ya no tienes la app, escribe a contact@myturi.com con el asunto “Eliminar mi cuenta de Turi”, desde la dirección de correo con la que te registraste. Eliminaremos tu cuenta en un máximo de 30 días y te lo confirmaremos por correo.

Qué se elimina

Tu cuenta y tu perfil (nombre, apellidos, nombre de usuario y correo electrónico).
Tu página pública de viajero y su dirección (alias), si la tenías activada.
El registro que asocia tu compra de Turi Pro a tu cuenta.

Qué se conserva

Los datos guardados solo en tu dispositivo (viajes, notas, fotos) los controlas tú: se borran al eliminar la cuenta desde la app, al desinstalarla o al borrar sus datos.
Tu compra sigue existiendo en tu cuenta de Google Play, que gestiona Google. Eliminar tu cuenta de Turi no genera un reembolso.
Las copias de seguridad técnicas de nuestro proveedor se sobrescriben de forma periódica.

Delete your Turi account

You can delete your Turi account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: from the app (fastest)

Open Turi and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

If you no longer have the app, write to contact@myturi.com with the subject “Delete my Turi account”, from the email address you registered with. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (first name, last name, username and email).
Your public traveler page and its address (alias), if you had it turned on.
The record that links your Turi Pro purchase to your account.

What is kept

Data stored only on your device (trips, notes, photos) is under your control: it is erased when you delete the account from the app, uninstall it or clear its data.
Your purchase still exists in your Google Play account, which Google manages. Deleting your Turi account does not trigger a refund.
Our provider’s technical backups are overwritten periodically.
